Candidates will be challenged and evaluated on their ability to exceed their potential as business leaders entailing the key roles of an Operating Director, such as, marketing, recruiting, and scheduling. Operating Directors at Cornerstone Caregiving not only manage but actively expand a branch of the company, relishing in uncapped growth, a lucrative compensation package, and exposure to every facet of business development in our thriving industry. Benefits Compensation All expenses for travel, meals, and lodging are covered for the entire 5-week program, including a weekly stipend of $1,000 Competition This program fosters competition with a performance-based scoring system, competing against the top young professionals in the U.S throughout the program’s duration Corporate Training Kick-off the first week with founder-led corporate training in Waco, TX that features industry best practices, role-playing, and personalized growth opportunities Hands-on Training Gain hands-on experience in many areas including: high-level decision-making, financial management, business development strategy, and exposure to people & process management Mentorship Participants benefit from one-on-one mentorship, valuable insights and consistent feedback throughout the program from experienced directors Career Growth A chance to walk away with all the knowledge and tools you need to lead, develop, and grow a location that serves our aging population Responsibilities and Duties + Learn the Operating Director job responsibilities by training under an experienced Operating Director in an existing office within the United States. + Assist with the building of relationships with referral sources, scheduling and recruiting caregivers, P&L sheets, and supporting operating director and office managers. + Face weekly evaluations based on perfomance and skill set. + Return to Waco, TX for a final presentation, which serves as a comprehensive overview of your experience in the program. Upon successful final presentation, receive a full-time Operating Director role in a territory within the United States.
