Salary: Current Salary per the GTA Contract Bargaining Unit ( click here (https://www.greececsd.org/Page/531) for contracts): GTA Report Times: TBD Daily Hours: 7 Work Year: 2025-2026 Supervisor: Director of School Improvement Minimum Requirements: Must hold valid NYS Teacher Certification Desired Qualifications: - Understanding of the Leader in Me system for schools - Experience with the Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX) and the ways in which it supports goal achievement - Experience leading professional development with teachers - Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and time management Position Summary/Responsibilities: The Instructional Leader for Leader in Me will be responsible for the implementation and development of Leader in Me and the Four Disciplines of Execution across the Greece Central School District. This individual will work directly with building teams to ensure effective implementation of Leader in Me that contributes to the growth of leadership, culture, and academics. This includes curriculum alignment, professional learning, and support to buildings in their use of Leader in Me and the 4 Disciplines of Execution to meet their building goals. This individual will also work with representatives and coaches from Franklin Covey. The Instructional Leader for Leader in Me will report directly to the Director of School Improvement. - Collaborate with administrators and teachers to develop and implement systems, protocols, and lessons aligned with Leader in Me - Ensure the alignment and integration of Leader in Me with the District's strategic plan, targeted improvement goals and priorities, and the schools' individual improvement plans - Meet and collaborate with school improvement teams and the teams associated with the Leader in Me system, including, but not limited to, coordinating and supporting the coaching days with the Franklin Covey coach - Provide professional learning on various aspects of Leader in Me and 4 Disciplines of Execution - Support the development and expansion of Leadership Courses available in secondary schools - Coordinate the planning and logistics for Leadership Day in the GCSD. - Monitor and analyze data to drive change - Provide training at the District's annual New Teacher Induction - May be required to mentor new hires across the District as needed, with supervisor approval - Execute other tasks as assigned by the Director of School Improvement - This position may be called on to substitute in classroom(s) when the need for a daily substitute arises.
