Providence Medical Group is seeking a fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeon with focus on Hips/Joints to join their team in Petaluma, CA. Enjoy making a difference in healthcare while embracing sunny California. * Full-time employment with Providence Medical Group qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) * Fellowship training required * Open to 2024 fellows and experienced orthopedic surgeons * 3 other surgeons in the group split between Petaluma and Santa Rosa * Position will primarily be based at Petaluma Valley Hospital with some time at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in the future so provider must be flexible to work out of both sites * MAKO robot on site * Mix of clinic, OR and hospital consults * Anticipated 1 day in the OR per week during ramp up phase and more time as the service line grows in both Petaluma and Santa Rosa * Call is 3-7 days per month (hospital call) * This is a long-term growth opportunity within an expanding service line * Seeking a motivated, collaborative and collegial provider * Compensation is between $585,810 and $933,806 per year * The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
