Your Role

 

Ensuring that all the necessary processes (Integrated Management Systems 통합경영시스템관리- ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001, Sustainability/ESG) for all organization (Manufacturing, Distribution, R&D, Commercial, Shared Function, Group Function) across all sites in Korea are established, implemented and maintained to be aligned with Policy as well as International ISO requirements.Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001, Sustainability/ESG) harmonization for all legal entities in Korea to be aligned to Group Policy as well as ISO International requirementsLeading and coordinating Context of Organization for the Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001, Sustainability/ESG) for all legal entities in Korea to be aligned with Group Policy as well as ISO International requirementsOperation of Group Electronic document management systems (EDMS), and HR4You learning training systemLeading and following up Integrated Internal Audit, External Audit for the Integrated Management Systems with Falcon tool (CAPA Project)Leading and following up Audits- Sustainability/RBA/ESG Audit, Group AuditResponsible for Information Security Management Systems in KoreaResponsible for Sustainability/ESG implementation and improvement in KoreaDeveloping the country wide Integrated Management Systems Improvement Projects annually under the discussion with Managing Director, Senior Management, others (Interested parties needs and expectation) for continuous improvement as well as business continuity in KoreaTraining & consulting to the employees at Merck in Korea to enhance Quality Culture, Safety Culture, Energy Saving Culture, Information Security Culture and Sustainability/ESG Culture

 

 

 

Who you are

 

 

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Energy-related Engineering, or Information Security.+35 years experienced in Quality, EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety), Energy, or IT Security in the manufacturing industry (Chemical, Gas, Bio)Understanding/Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (통합경영시스템), ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles)Ability to co-work with various individualsContinuous Improvement MindsetProactive Project LeadershipRelated certification is preferred (품질경영기사, 화공기사, 환경관련 자격증, 정보보안기사 등)Fluent in English
