The Team

The Total Rewards Sr. Analyst will provide analytical and operational support for the design, implementation, and administration of total rewards programs across the Americas region (Latin America, Mexico, and North America). This role will focus on delivering accurate data analysis, contributing to program administration, and ensuring compliance, supporting the broader Total Rewards strategy.

The Role

Conduct market research and analysis on compensation and benefits trends across the Americas, utilizing established methodologies and tools. Compile data from surveys and other sources to support competitive benchmarking. Support the administration of compensation programs, including processing salary adjustments, maintaining salary structures, participating in job evaluations, and assisting with the annual compensation review process. Maintain accurate job documentation, ensuring consistency in job titles, descriptions, and leveling across the Americas. Analyze compensation data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential pay equity concerns. Prepare reports and visualizations of data, contributing to insights and recommendations. Support the administration of employee benefit programs, including processing enrollments, resolving employee inquiries, and assisting with vendor management. Respond to escalated employee inquiries regarding total rewards programs, providing accurate and timely information within established guidelines.. Maintain accurate records and documentation of total rewards programs and processes. Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of total rewards programs. Participate in projects related to total rewards program enhancements and implementations, contributing to project deliverables and timelines.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 2-5 years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits administration. Strong analytical and data manipulation skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups, formulas). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data clearly and concisely. Working knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and practices, including relevant regulations in Latin America and ideally some familiarity with the US and Canada. Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle) is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing Experience with compensation survey tools and databases (e.g., Radford, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson). Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
