Meaningful Work From Day One
The person in this role will be responsible for supporting the effective delivery and communication of our Total Rewards programs, ensuring that Brown-Forman continues to be an attractive, competitive and equitable employer in our Europe and Emerging International regions while adhering to a global Total Rewards philosophy that promotes our organizational culture and values.

What You Can Expect
● Fleet Management: Lead the optimization and day-to-day management of our
international fleet program, collaborating with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners.
● Market Pricing Tool Management: Support the annual maintenance of our global market pricing tool, including global compensation survey submissions, and proactively proposing system improvements.
● Rewards Analysis and Benchmarking: Research rewards trends and assist with benchmarking to enhance our Total Rewards practices and ensure they are aligned with the external market.
● Job Evaluations: Perform job evaluations and recommend pay changes for Leader and Professional level roles as needed.
● Global Mobility Partnership: Partner with the Global Mobility team to customize mobility packages when necessary.
● Program Development: Contribute to the development and integration of new or existing rewards programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, cost-effective and efficiently supported by technology.
● Influencer and Educator: Act as a Total Rewards ambassador, ensuring employees understand our philosophy and programs, and maximizing the perceived value of Brown-Forman’s Total Rewards offering.
● Serve as a key member of the International Total Rewards Team: Recommend
new external vendors as appropriate, update employee communications, and
collaborate with various teams for smooth implementation.


What You Bring to the Table
● Minimum of 3 years relevant HR and/or business experience with a basic
understanding of compensation theory and practices
● Ability to create financial models using Excel/Google Sheets (v-look ups, pivot tables, SumIFs, etc)
● Collaborative approach and ability to connect work to others within the business and function to ensure relevance and effectiveness
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Proactive mindset and attention to detail
● Fluency in English
