Salary, based on experience and other qualifications: $61k to $104k Annually with additional bonus potential
Roles & Responsibilities:
Serves as the point of contact for employees, site HR team members and vendors to answer questions and clarify related to benefit and compensation programs.
Analyzes large data sets in MS Excel, identifies discrepancies, researches causes, and handles corrections promptly.
Ensures eligibility and contribution integrations are pulling correct data and reconciles any discrepancies with vendors in a timely manner.
Coordinates on-site wellness and benefit events across the company.
Analyzes and reconciles vendor data to Winland systems and works collaboratively to ensure health and wellness plan provisions are interpreted, implemented and administered correctly.
Stays up to date on federal regulation changes that could impact total rewards: FLSA, DOL, IRS, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA.
Provides insight into new wellness initiatives, and recommends a variety of options/resources that encourage active engagement in overall wellness: safety, health, financial, mental well-being, etc.
Works closely with field, payroll, systems, and vendors to identify opportunities for process improvements, and identify and correct broken processes.
Creates and updates process documentation for all Total Rewards activities and programs.
Submits and audits 401(k) and Canadian retirement programs.
Assists with FLSA reviews, ensures compliance in set up of new positions, re-classifications, equity placements, pay practices, status determinations and incentive plan eligibility.
Prepares and submits salary survey data to survey houses and utilizes survey data to create reports outlining market competitiveness of pay structures and variable incentive programs.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience required
4+ years of experience in a finance, benefits or compensation-related role required
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) required
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel required, including knowledge and application of formatting, use of formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, and other advanced functions
Strong background in analytics and metrics required
Experience with benefits administration preferred
Experience with Workday and ADP preferred
Ability to gather, synthesize and analyze data, draw conclusions, summarize recommendations, and implement corrections to processes while maintaining data integrity
Ability and interest to learn new systems/techniques for process automation over manual interventions
Eager to learn, collaborate, and work in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to support the team on ad hoc asks
Ability to proactively identify issues, follow through, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of completed work
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or other related certification and/or completed coursework preferred
Process improvement experience preferred
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast paced, dynamic work environment, meeting deadlines with accurate and detailed results
Results driven with a focus on high performance, and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (formal and informal) with business acumen and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, setting a tone of working in partnership and collaboration
