Total Rewards Coordinator
**Overview** We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Total Rewards Coordinator** to support the administration and coordination of our total rewards programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs, and will play a key role in ensuring our employees receive the best possible rewards and benefits. **Essential Job Duties** + Administer leave of absence programs, including FMLA, parental leave, statutory leaves, and domestic and foreign workers compensation. + Assist in the implementation and administration of compensation programs, including salary reviews, job evaluations, and market analysis. + Help design and manage employee recognition programs to promote a positive and motivating work environment. + Analyze compensation and benefits data to ensure competitiveness and compliance with industry standards and regulations. + Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding total rewards inquiries, providing timely and accurate information. + Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all total rewards programs and employee participation. + Work closely with the HR team to support various HR initiatives and projects related to total rewards. + Ensure all total rewards programs comply with company policies, employment laws, and industry regulations. **Minimum Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; OR equivalent experience. + Minimum of two years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits administration. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. + Understanding of compensation and benefits principles, employment laws, and industry trends. + Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. **Work Environment** + Working conditions are normal for an office environment. + May require periods of non-traditional hours including nights or weekends when necessary. + May require ability to lift/and or move objects or packages of up to 25 lbs. **Working at SOSi** All interested individuals will receive consideration and will not be discriminated against for any reason.
