About this opportunity:

 

We seek to hire a Total Rewards [TR] intern who can work with complex projects across the TR Leadership Team. The Group Function Total Rewards team have prioritised several key workstreams and focus areas. You will support and help drive key initiatives within these workstreams including clear project planning and execution to ensure that the team can successfully deliver these to the wider business. 

In addition, Group Function Total Rewards includes People Mergers and Acquisitions [M&A]. You will support in ongoing projects by assisting the People Lead for M&A with the planning and delivery. This will include monitoring progress of action execution, supporting on the delivery of actions by working with the wider People organisation, and delivering updates to the M&A team. You will also support in updating the central People M&A Playbook that is the repository of M&A processes, guides and lessons learnt and you will support with creating communication assets used for updating the Ericsson People organisation. 

 

What you will do:


•    Support the Project Leads in the planning and delivery of actions agreed to drive the new Total Rewards Focus Areas 
•    Support the Group Function TR Leads in presentation updates, logging and following up on agreed actions  
•    Contribute to the comms planning and delivery to the People Team and Business. 
•    Support the People Lead for Ericsson M&A in defining, planning, logging and following up on actions for M&A Projects 
•    Ensure that project plans are updated and support in the communication to M&A team and other stakeholders 
•    Support on updating the People M&A Playbook with new material and content created from most recent projects 
•    Support in communicating and driving awareness of the M&A Playbook to the wider People team members  

 

The skills you bring:


•    A keen interest in People Management / Human Resource Management. 
•    A self-motivated, structured mindset and the ability to plan and deliver projects. 
•    Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively in diverse teams. 
•    The ability to work on multiple projects at the same time. 
•    Flexibility, independence, and initiative to perform successfully in a fast-paced environment. 
•    Strong Microsoft Applications knowledge. 
•    Currently working towards a Bachelor or Master’s Degree.
