We offer an Internship Program for a period of 3 months
The Total Rewards in Caterpillar is part of Human Resource Division responsible for taking care of employees through the design and review of Compensation and Benefits strategies and policies to attract, retain, motivate and enable employees to perform their best at work.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Total Rewards team. The intern will assist in conducting benefits analysis and benchmarking review for Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, and Vietnam. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of total rewards.
What You Will Do
Conduct research on employee benefits practices in Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, and Vietnam.Collect and analyze data on various benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and other employee perks.Compare our company's benefits offerings with industry standards and competitors in the respective countries.Prepare detailed reports, costing and presentations on findings and recommendations for improvements.Assist in the development of new benefits programs and policies based on benchmarking results.Collaborate with the Total Rewards team and other HR functions to ensure alignment with overall HR strategy.What You Have
Current Undergraduate/Postgraduate Degree Student, Major/Minor in HR Basic understanding of HR conceptsPreferably completed Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards related HR modulesComfortable with excel and numerical analysisLearning Outcomes
