What You Will Do
Maintain and adjust the compensation and benefit strategy, policies and structure to ensure the rationality of C&B system from the perspective of internal and external environmentsDevelop Human Resources policies & procedures pertinent to Compensation & Benefit, Performance Management etc. to ensure C&B systems/policy effectively to meet the business needs and be in compliance with labor law and regulationsProvide annual analysis of compensation costs, HR scorecard, all kinds of HR statistics reports to management in order to provide information requests as appropriateWork with external resource on annual salary survey to benchmark market movement; Analyze compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposals and budgetsWorking as a coordinator with all areas to collaboratively complete the globalization program regarding C&BManage and handle the daily C&B-related affairs. Responsible for answering all C&B related questions.Ensures the employment conditions and activities comply with the PRC Labor Law, Labor Contract Law and related employment regulations to avoid legal disclosureOther required HR support to HR team in order to meet sustainable & health working environmentQualificationsWhat We Are Looking For
University graduate with bachelor degreeOver 5 year relevant working experience, minimum 3 years or above in C&B function is mustGood interpersonal and communication skillsGood at organizing, planning and analyzing Support and promote our values and employer branding initiativesFamiliar with all kinds of C&B-related policy and lawsFamiliar with PRC labor law, and experience in ER will be plusExcellent in Excel and PowerPointGood written English.
