We are looking for a talented **Total Rewards Senior Manager** to help us shape and implement cutting-edge compensation and benefits programs that will elevate employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention across the organization. **What your responsibilities will be** As part of the Total Rewards team, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact through the following key responsibilities: **Executive Compensation:** + Design and manage executive compensation plans + Design Long Term Incentive end to end. + Provide actionable rewards recommendations to our Executive Committee. **Total Rewards Design:** + Develop and roll out comprehensive total reward programs ensuring fairness, transparency and performance-based compensation programs: merit review processes, bonus and incentives, benefits, and recognition initiatives. + Ensure our rewards strategies are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with both business goals and employee expectations. + Effectively communicate the value and details of our Total Rewards programs to executives, managers and employees, driving understanding and engagement. **Rewards Compliance:** + Lead the development and ongoing refinement of compensation and benefits policies. + Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. **Rewards System Transformation:** + Lead the transformation of our rewards systems, ensuring they are user-friendly and data-driven, empowering managers to make informed decisions. + Provide reliable, actionable rewards data to the business, enabling more effective management and decision-making. **Who you are** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. You’re a results-driven, analytical professional with a passion for creating competitive, fair, and engaging Total Rewards programs. You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and have the following qualifications: + A **University Degree** in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a similar field (an MBA or additional business qualifications are a plus). + **8+ years** of relevant experience in compensation and benefits, with a proven track record in managing variable compensation schemes. + A deep understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations. + Proficiency with **HRIS** and compensation analysis tools. + Exceptional **communication** and **presentation skills** , with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. + Strong **analytical** and **problem-solving** skills, paired with a keen attention to detail. + A **team player** who enjoys collaborating across functions to achieve shared goals. + Fluent in **English** and **Spanish** (both spoken and written). **What we offer** At Grifols, we are committed to your professional growth.
