About the job:

Kent is looking for a Total Rewards Manager to support our EMEA region and Global rewards team as we deliver innovative products and services for our employees at Kent. This role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates supports our Global Director of Total Rewards and is part of our People and Culture Centre of Excellence team. Our aim is to ensure our employee remuneration and benefits support our aspiration to be an employer of choice in our chosen markets.

Compensation

Lead on assigned salary survey submissions, working where relevant with People & Culture (P&C) Leaders to ensure assurance submission of compensation information and job categorisation.Conduct research and analysis of data to identify trends in reward programs and continually review current practices and policies to ensure that best practices are being implemented and utilized.Participate and support Director Total Rewards in day-to-day management of project plans to complete design of best practice compensation and benefit processes that will support global and local improvements to deliver against company goals and objectives.Implements, educates, consults, and administers compensation strategies, policies, and programs in collaboration withthe Company’s P&C and business leaders.Partnering with P&C to advise group leaders and managers on making effective pay decisions that support employee engagement and comply with compensation SOPs, policies and budgetary guidelines.Partners with talent management and acquisition teams to ensure timely and competitive offers for internal and external candidates.Participate in job evaluations for existing and proposed jobs.Extract, analyse and interpret relevant market data to provide expert guidance in support of on-going ad-hoc promotions, compensation changes, promotions, etc.Build and effectively utilise a Reward network within the region(s) and within the Industry.Conduct ad-hoc market research to inform and maintain Company market position and maintain a strong understanding of market movement and trends for assignment locations.

Coordinating and overseeing benefit design and renewals with local P&C and our global benefits consultantAssisting in determining the impact of new total rewards policies or provisions.Providing reports to management regarding employee benefits data findings and providing recommendations of benefit programs to management.Monitoring industry and employment trends and analyzing the legislative requirements to estimate impact on the organization.Researching, analyzing and evaluating company benefit plans and programs to meet the organization's strategy.Working with brokers to ensure benefits programs meet employee needs, comply with legal requirements, and are cost effective.Working with brokers to evaluate existing benefits programs against peer organizations to determine competitiveness, trends and developments.

Additional Responsibilities

Actively support Director Total Rewards in assigned projects and ad hoc activities.Contribute to different integration projects time to time, prepare C&B Analysis and reporting periodically or as and when required.

Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:

Knowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification:

Bachelor Degree in any discipline ore applicable work experience. Diploma/Certification in Compensation/Reward Management preferred.8 – 12 years of relevant experience within Corporate human resources with the focus on Compensation and Benefits in MEA, APAC, with hand-on experience in salary survey, Compensation benchmarking and data analysis, Job evaluations, annual salary review and variable pay analysis etc.Strong knowledge of job grading methodologies such as Mercer / Willis Towers Watson / Korn Ferry

Communication:

Should have strong interpersonal skills and is approachable, responsive, results oriented, proactive, and trustworthy.Excellent command of the English language in both oral and written communication and skills.

The ability to work with confidential data and maintain confidentiality at all times.Flexibility in problem analysis and solution creation with the ability to assess urgency and prioritize work.Strong organization skills with attention to detail with extreme accuracy.Advanced Excel skills.
