Partnering with Country Total Rewards Key Account Managers, you’ll drive improvements in the C&B portfolio and ensure competitive and effective rewards strategies.
What part will you play?Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of assigned programs and schemes within the Topic TeamIn liaison with the Topic Team Lead and the Country C&B KAMs identify improvements to our reward offering through understanding employee and business expectationsPerform analysis and research to draw conclusions and make proposalsWork on projects as assigned within the Topic Team, alongside delivering an annual cycle of activitiesWork with our Global Shared Services function (GBS) to develop and roll out robust end-to-end reward processesManage third party service providers and monitor performance of offering against objectives as requiredCollaborate with other experts and stakeholder on various projects and initiatives, both within the C&B team and across functions
