Total Rewards Program Manager
**ABOUT THIS POSITION** About this Position We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Total Rewards Program Manager to oversee and enhance our total rewards offerings. In this role, you will manage key programs, including Flexible Time Off, the Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Total Rewards Education, in addition to other Total Rewards Programs as needed. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of program management expertise, analytical skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional employee experience. **WHAT YOU'LL DO** + Lead the administration and optimization of Flexible Time Off programs to promote work-life balance and employee engagement. + Manage the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), ensuring seamless operations, compliance, and effective employee communication. + Oversee the design and delivery of Total Rewards Education initiatives, fostering employee understanding and appreciation of rewards offerings. + Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure program efficiency and effectiveness. + Monitor trends, laws, and best practices in total rewards, recommending updates and improvements as needed. + Analyze program data and metrics to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for enhancement. + Partner with HR, finance, and leadership teams to align rewards strategies with business objectives. **WHAT YOU'LL NEED** + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. + 5+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Program Management or a related HR role. + Proven experience in managing large-scale programs **Skills:** + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills + Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members at all levels + Maintains high ethical standards and maintain upmost confidentiality in organizational matters + Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously + Strategic mindset with a focus on optimizing Total Rewards programs to support organizational goals **ABOUT WAYSTAR** Through a smart platform and better experience, Waystar helps providers simplify healthcare payments and yield powerful results throughout the complete revenue cycle.
