We are searching for the best talent for Total Rewards Senior Analyst to join our Total Rewards Teams located in Bogotá, Colombia.
As an Experience Analyst Total Rewards at Johnson & Johnson, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Total Rewards strategy and ensuring the flawless execution of compensation across the Americas (Latin America and North America). With your exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, you will determine appropriate compensation levels, develop retention programs, and contribute to our world-class recognition initiatives. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to attract and retain top talent, enabling us to continue making groundbreaking advancements in healthcare.
Responsibilities
+ Provide operational support to Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, and line leaders in the Americas , including job evaluation/leveling, offers, year-round compensation, retention programs, and recognition.
+ Collaborate with Corporate Services to ensure timely delivery of all compensation matters in the Americas.
+ Handle day-to-day tasks, initiatives, and projects, calling out cases as appropriate.
+ Assist with the annual survey management and year-end process.
+ Ensure strict adherence to all Service Level Agreements.
+ Assist with case tracking metrics, reporting requirements, and other operational processes as needed.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
+ 3-5 years of experience working in Compensation or related topics in total rewards
+ Fluency in English and Spanish (required), Portuguese proficiency (preferred).
+ Sound sense of urgency, attention to detail, and outstanding teaming and collaboration skills.
+ Proficiency in HR information management, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
+ Excellent research and quantitative business skills.
+ Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
+ Proven experience working in a complex, matrixed environment (preferred).
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, Workday, SalesForce, Payfactors, database and HRIS systems, and reporting tools (preferred).
