Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests with a positive appearance and act as the ultimate Heineken

ambassador.

- Handle guest questions and complaints in a timely, customer-friendly manner,

independently or in consultation with the Floor Manager.

- Guide VIP tours for specific groups according to the operations schedule.

- Perform day-to-day operations in key positions within the tour, such as info desk,

cash desk, brew room coordinator, entrance host, bar coordinator, and brew room.

- Maintain awareness of safety within the Heineken Experience (HEX) and proactively

inform the Floor Manager about potential risks and safety improvements.

- Ensure a clean and representative work environment.

- Provide first aid support when needed.

- Stay informed about HACCP and ARBO precautions and translate these into the daily

work environment.

- Identify and inform the Floor Manager proactively about possible process and tour

improvements.

- Guide and act as a role model for Flex workers.

- Cooperate positively with the Floor Manager, other tour employees, and Flex

workers.

- Be the ultimate draught master, understanding the techniques and knowledge of

Heineken beer.

 

What We Expect from You:

- MBO, preferably in Hospitality

- Experience in a service-oriented role, hospitality, or dynamic environment

- Strong storytelling skills

- Dutch & English language skills (Additional languages preferred)
