**Note** : + This is a Part Time Visitor Services position - candidates MUST be available to work on Saturdays. + The hours of operation for the facility are, Tuesday-Saturday from 9-5, closed on Sunday and Monday. Looking for someone to work 16-20 hours per week. **Job Duties:** + Ensures that all guests to the Museum receive an exceptional experience. + Performs opening and closing procedures for the facility. + Performs front desk information operations, administrative duties. + Assist in all general daily activities as needed. + Receives ongoing training and development. + Works special events, including set up, and tear down. + Has availability to work during a 7-day-a-week operation, including holidays. + Acts as an ambassador for all community attractions and businesses. + Greet guests, tour groups, etc. + Answer the main phone line at the front desk + Take tour reservation with guests via phone + Greet visitors/groups and give a short overview of the self-guided Museum layout **Required Skills:** + Candidates should have a friendly, outgoing personality, and be comfortable interacting with Museum guests + Ability to multi-task + Attention to detail + Clear written and verbal communication + High level of customer service and professionalism + Some computer experience would be helpful + Previous experience working in a museum is a plus **Additional Information:** + This will be an Onsite position + Should have availability Tuesday-Saturday (closed on Sunday and Monday) + Business casual dress code. This position will work onsite on the first day and interviews will be conducted onsite as well.
