The programs work with the Marketing and Communications team to develop and use communications, advertising, produce promotional campaigns to showcase Montana and create awareness about the state as a place to visit and do business. Through data-driven strategies and grant programs, the team aims to preserve and promote the genuine character of Montana and partners to achieve a sustainable economic future for all.** *Education and Experience:* * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, public relations, marketing, public administration, or related field.** * Four years of combined job-related work experience in event management, communication, social media, website content development, facilitating, organizing, managing, and directing marketing and business development initiatives.** * Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups including contractors, business leaders, nonprofit leaders, elected officials and tribal nations preferred.** * Other combinations of related education and experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis. *Competencies: * /Knowledge of:/ * Knowledge of strategic planning and processes for brand management and creative development, including research tools and evaluation of results. * Knowledge of event planning and management. * Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodology.** * Working knowledge and real-world experience in planning, managing, and executing marketing and communications initiatives. * Knowledge of social media management. * Microsoft Office proficiency including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.** /Ability to:/ * Ability to build relationships with senior management, individuals from a variety of backgrounds and cultures, both internally and externally. * Decision Making and Problem Solving * Organize, Plan and Prioritize work How to apply Apply online by submitting yourresume.
