About the Role

Responsible for determining the validity and authorising settlement of insurance claims

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assess and settle insurance claims arising from policies in forceMake recommendations and guidelines to insurance claimsLiaise with solicitors and other third parties during investigation and negotiation to seek guidance on the course of action that serves the best interest of AIAProcess all insurance claims documents timelyAnswer inquires relating to claims processingMay develop and deliver functional / technical training in claim related areas

Minimum Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree or Diploma.Technical Skills: Claims assessment, medical report knowledge, Health Insurance Policy knowledge.Industry: Insurance, Third-Party Administrator, Hospitals, Clinics, Medical Labs.
Language: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
