Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our people in people operations primarily focus on managing the people lifecycle and the day-to-day operational tasks related to managing employees. This includes activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee record-keeping, compliance with labour laws and regulations, and managing employee inquiries and issues. These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce.

Those in human resource operations at PwC will focus on all areas of Human Resources and the business in executing Human Resources related transactions and administrative activities. You will be a primary HR point of contact in the resolution, escalation or routing of inquiries as needed in line with HR protocols and guidelines, as well as be part of a team of problem solvers that help solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Managing the complete life cycle of contractual workforce of 1000+ from offer rollout to Exit and Invoicing management and reconciliation  

Candidate should have worked on Vendor Management Profile and has managed the contractual workforce. Hands on experience in managing Contractual workforce Onboarding and lifecycle starting from Offer rollout, Background verification, Asset Allocation, New Hire Orientation and Exit Management. Managed vendor invoicing and reconciliation. Should have worked on Beeline (Preferred – But will be a greater advantage to have this skill) Good knowledge about CLRA (Contract Labor Regulation Act) Interact with multiple stake holders like Talent acquisition team, Vendor management team, Senior Leadership including Business and Partners. Good knowledge about HRMS tools and hands on experience in Excel and who has led successful automation projects within HRSS domain. Audit the team deliverables in accordance with the set standards. Team Management and comfortable multitasking in a high-energy, dynamic environment. Has proven experience in Providing recommendations for updates to controls, processes, risks, or general enhancements to the process. 

Experience level as per PwC standards 

As per PwC standards - Masters in Human Resource (technical education with management background + 5+ yrs of exp within HR can be considered). 

Industry experience – Any 

Tech capability – Beeline, Excel and or any extensive HRMS tool exposure/experience.
