Our Diagnostics business currently has an opportunity for a TPM Systems Engineering Supervisor position located at our Irving, TX office. The TPM Systems Engineering Supervisor is responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system. Provide supervision and direction to a group engaged in basic product or process development /support. Ensure that plans are implemented, and milestones are achieved within budget.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate Degree of Engineering/ design preferred or;Bachelor’s degree of EngineeringMin 7 years of experience and knowledge of regulations and standards affecting medical device. Minimum of three years of experience in engineering discipline which includes leadership experience.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in medical device (IVD) and/or automation and informatics as used in medical field with knowledge of regulation and standards as they pertain to the design, integration, evaluation, and commercialization of diagnostic systems.Proven ability to manage project critical paths for investigations, design reviews, and design transfer/improvement projects with Third-Party Manufacturers.Experience negotiating to lead and manage Third-Party Manufacturer (TPM) relationships. The base pay for this position is $83,000.00 – $166,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
