Third Party Risk Management Operations will have accountability to support the Sun Life’s Supplier Risk Management Program in terms of program awareness, operations efficiency and data quality.         Business Partner Relationship Management

Act as a subject matter expert in all organizational supplier risk management requirementsProvide guidance to supplier relationship managers on the requirements of the Third Party Risk Management throughout the supplier lifecycle and required tools, templates and methodologiesFacilitate certain supplier management processes (e.g. monthly validation questionnaires, continuous improvement, etc.) in partnership with supplier relationship managersLeverage dashboards and reports to identify red flags and address with supplier relationship managers accordingly

Operations for Policy Compliance

Act as gate keeper to ensure Third Party Risk Management program operated in compliance to Sun Life and regulator’s requirementSupport the development and maintenance of appropriate organizational reporting on supplier risk
