In this role, you will:
HR IT are at the forefront in the deployment of HR Software as a Service (SaaS) giving you a chance to play a key role in the Cloud based systems landscape within HSBC. The role will perform a fundamental function by working with the HR IT Leadership Team and wider Collegaue Experience estate, Global Service Owners, Procurement, Legal and our Vendors to ensure all contracts are executed and compliant across the HR estate. Reporting to the Head of Vendor Management Solution Planning, the candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills and will be experienced within Vendor Management. Within the HRIT function, it is headed up by our Global Head of HR Technology and has 8 pillars sitting below that covering the HR IT estate.The towers cover Core Career Suite, Resource Onboarding, Integration, Reporting Analytics, Payroll Benefits Time Off, Supporting Technology Digital and GHRS (legacy platforms).The tower that the Analyst will sit under looks after the other 7 towers from a horizontal lense. This focuses on Vendor Management, Solution Planning Third Party Risk Management. This tower is also jointly responsible for Portfolio Management.Planning the annual, quarterly and monthly delivery of the HR technology vendor portfolio Collaboratation with Procurement and Legal to ensure that contracts are progressed and delivered according to appropriate timelines and regulatory requirementsEstablish and maintains working relationships with Procurement, Legal, IT COO-Corporate Functions and the HRIT Leadership Team to ensure that contracts are enforced by managing risks including regulatory compliance, reputational risk and financial crime riskEnsuring all Third Party Risk Management Tasks are completed within global toolsCo-ordinate Service Management Reviews between Vendors, HRIT Leadership Team and Global Service Owners across the HR Technology landscape to monitor Service Level Agreements including Key Performance and Risk IndicatorsMaintain effective tracking of external spend and cost management with all Vendors across the HRIT Estate including invoicing and paymentsIdentify areas of streamlining contracts based on services, headcounts, sustainable saves and the commercial positionThe role will include presenting, analysing data, producing decks/dashboards, creating reports, procedure documents and other BAU activities.
