TPRM Control and Governance Analyst

We have a brand new role available in our Glasgow office for a Control & Governance Analyst to join our TPRM team.

The purpose of this role is to ensure the third-party end to end TPRM (Third Party Risk Management) processes are executed in line with the TPRM Policy and Control Frameworks and reporting is maintained accurately.

The TPRM Control & Governance Analyst will contribute to the efficiency and success of the team by ensuring we have an accurate Inventory and Reporting. This will involve ensuring accurate data is input to assessments, compliance with regulation, overall effectiveness, and supporting others to apply best practice.

In this role you will maintain and coordinate the day-to-day management of the EMEA TPRM Inventory of our third parties, and production of Management Information and Reporting for TPRM Governance committees and Compliance.

The role is responsible for:-

Embedding TPRM best practice across EMEA, developing functional local champions, super users and delivering training in line with TPRM processes and procedures Supporting Business Owners and their representatives to input third party information accurately. Monitoring timely set up of this information along with the assessment and re-assessment of third parties Ensuring accurate & timely TPRM MI and governance reporting Key Responsibilites: Distribute the content for TPRM committee including agenda, minutes and maintain a register of actions for audit purposes. To track and report on the EMEA TPRM Inventory of Third Parties and ensure onboarding, ongoing monitoring and offboarding processes are happening in a timely manner and aligning with processes, policy, and control framework, identifying any potential problems and opportunities for continuous improvement. To maintain and deliver accurate, timely and relevant TPRM reporting in line with TPRM KPIs and OKRs to TPRM governance committee and support the operation of the committee and governance process (packs, agendas, minutes etc.) To assure the quality of the EMEA overall risk scores, DORA initial risk questionnaires, severity validation, due diligence completion & approvals and ongoing monitoring activity. To maintain the. D.O.R.A Cloud Register of Information and support any attestation process. Improve and maintain the TPRM processes to ensure they remain up to date with regulatory expectations, systems, and procedural changes. Provide support and feedback to Business Owners, local Champions, and Super Users with TPRM assessments and related processes. Engage with Key Stakeholders, Business Owners and their Representatives as required. Support TPRM Audit Coordinator, other TPRM team members and on Project initiatives as required. Relevant experience in a similar roleConsumer lines and P & C insurance in a technical and/or operational capacity, having worked in such capacity in an insurer/broker/cover-holderExperience in designing or delivery of reporting, support, governance, and quality assuranceProject deliveryStrong analytical skills
