TR B2B Portfolio Manager

Role:

You will be responsible to support the Portfolio Manager in managing the demand and delivery within the market or cluster. You will be working closely with the business to ensure steady delivery of customer facing applications, site systems and other IT applications required for effective IT operations in the market or cluster.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing team consists of Business Analysts, Developers and Data analysts;

- Maintain the demand funnel for the relevant product(s)/portfolio;
- Maintain the integrated plan/roadmap (short and long term) for the product/portfolio;

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the business, processes, applications, information and data

-  Capture and analyze Business process and functional requirements in project, enhancements and operational items

- Managing/Tracking relevant delivery budget;
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to help identify key events or decision points for the product/portfolio (i.e. major upgrades, architecture drivers, end of life, contract extensions, etc.);
- Support and perform new demand initiation activities;
- Provide regular and ad hoc data and reports on relevant product/portfolio to stakeholders;
- Support and facilitate product/portfolio reviews and other delivery related meetings;
- Closely work with suppliers to manage demand pipeline and delivery milestones.

 - Support R&M operations in security, incident/problem management, change management and other run and maintain activities as a Functional and Business process expert.

- Execute IT Business analysis work on project, enhancements and operational items. This would include Business Analysis, Business Requirements Definition, Business Solution Design, Functional Specification & Acceptance Criteria, and Acceptance Test Plan &Management

- Designs and manages tests of new/updated processes. Specifies test environment for whole lifecycle testing (e.g. using a model office concept). Manages the selection/creation of relevant scenarios for testing and ensures that tests reflect realistic operational business conditions. Facilitates change management communication to the user community on future IT solution changes. Ensures that tests and results are documented, reported to stakeholders and are available for specification of user instructions.

- Proven ability to master the complexity of interactions, demonstrating strong communication skills, among IT, digital and business stakeholders;
- Strong knowledge of the business to understand and prioritize business requirements;
- Good understanding of digital capabilities and the value they can deliver to Shell;
- Practical experience of working in and with techniques such as agile, scrum and waterfall delivery;
- Results-oriented, ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines;
- Ability to deliver through others;
- Can learn quickly and is adaptable;
- Innate curiosity about consumer problems and ways of resolving them for commercial reward through technological innovation;
- Balanced commercial, business, and technical skill;

- Confident with data and use of consumer and commercial insights to inform the product and portfolio vision and roadmap;
- Experience in developing business cases and managing investment budgets;
- Fluency in both business English and Turkish is required.

Skills & Requirements:

                • 5+ experience in related positions as manager

                • Business Analysis skills and Business Analysis Techniques in business operations and processes.

                • Knowledge and experience in Business Process Improvement Techniques and Information Capture Techniques, Test Management Techniques, Progress Reporting.

                • Proven analytical and problem solving skills, experience at Business Process analysis.

                • Works in structured manner and excels in project based environment.

                • Strong communication/influencing/negotiation/presentation/facilitation skills at all levels of the Business, IT hierarchy and 3rd party service providers

                • Must have strong analytical aptitude and be able to analyze complex problems/requirements and be able to define functionally advanced IT solutions.

                • Understanding of application architectural structure, its alignment to business processes and application landscape and it’s relation &fit to other connected application/infrastructure portfolios.

                • Ability to champion continuous improvement changes and addresses any issues that might prevent those changes from being successful.

                • PMP or equivalent Certification is a plus.

                • Able to deliver under time pressure and deliver on strict deadlines

                • Ability to work independently

                • Very Good Business English, Turkish written and oral

                • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

                • Knowledge, skills hands on experience with Data, SQL and databases

                • Knowledge, skills hands on experience with Data Analytics tools ( Tableau, Spotfire, Qlik, Power BI..etc) 

                • Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
