Eligibility for Company matching 401K benefit after 3 months of employment._** **Position Overview:** Oversees the collection of work in progress and complete work through GPS data collected from each job site, making sure work is compliant with installation and safety standards. Manages the process with a focus on safety, compliance, efficiency, cost management and innovation. **Essential Functions:** + Utilizes sensor-based data collection equipment to increase data integrity. + Standardize collection of data for company and reporting. + Collect GPS data and records the barcode for equipment used in projects. + Ability to manage daily work in progress and previous WIP activities. + Complete and submit required reports and project data daily. + Plan and always execute projects in an efficient manner without direct oversight. + Coordinates activities with field Foreman and Supervisors. + Assist with project tasks as required. + Adhere to and enforce safety standards. + Comfortable working regularly in all-weather elements. + Clean driving record. **Qualifications:** **Education Preferred:** High school diploma or equivalent. Related technical education or experience a plus. **Experience Preferred** : Knowledge or experience using GIS and mapping software, such as, Locus View or Trimble R8 programs. Proficient creating reports using MS Excel. Highly proficient working with a diverse team of individuals in a field environment. A clean driving record is required to fulfill this position's daily expectations. **Physical Demands** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The position lifts heavy objects (up to including 50 pounds), walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions. The employee lifts, pushes, pulls or carries objects; uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. The position requires the ability to quickly move arms and legs.
