ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

All duties associated with the upkeep of the race track. Operate heavy equipment to include tractors, water truck, dump truck, and loaders. Understand and practice Family Style Service at all times with all guest and team members. All other duties as assigned.

 

 

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

Must be hard working and motivated, have working knowledge of general maintenance, lifting over 50 lbs., operating tractor, attention to detail a must. Vocational skills a plus!  CDL License preferred. Experience in maintenance with knowledge of operating tractors.  Also thorough knowledge of all aspects of the implements, used to maintain the racecourse. Must be able to stand/walk/ sit for extended periods. May be exposed to working in a noisy, smoke/secondary smoke environment. 

Must be at least 21. Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing. Must be able to pass a background investigation. 

 

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or equivalent required
