Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to all K1 Speed visitorsRun races precisely, on time and safelyMaintain track cleanliness at all timeslifting requiredStanding for long periods of timeEnthusiastically brief guests on safety rules before entering the trackAssist guests with needed safety equipmentControl races in a safe manner to maximize the FUN for guestsEfficiently load, unload, and charge karts

Job Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of ageProvide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United StatesMust have reliable transportationWeekends are a must!Must be able to read, write and speak EnglishMust be able to communicate effectively in front of large groupsMust be able to adhere to all company policies and proceduresMust be willing and able to drive the karts dailyMust be able to remain calm under stressful situations and effectively respond to safety concerns.
