About the Role
As the Trade Activation and Advocacy Manager, you will be responsible for planning and implementing On-Trade marketing initiatives, managing brand education programs, and leading a team of passionate Spirits Brand Ambassadors. Your role will be pivotal in increasing the visibility and advocacy of Pernod Ricard’s portfolio in the On-Trade channel, working in close collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.
Your key responsibilities include:
Leading the strategy and execution of On-Trade brand activations for Spirits and supporting activations for Wines.Developing and implementing brand education and tasting programs for customers.Managing the annual POS (Point of Sale) material process and optimizing costs for stock and warehousing.Coaching and developing a team of Brand Ambassadors, fostering collaboration, and setting clear objectives.Monitoring competitors’ activities and identifying new opportunities to strengthen our competitive edge.You’ll also play a vital role in creating synergies across the Nordic region by optimizing resources and developing shared tools like catalogs and menu materials.

Required Skills and Experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, or Sales, preferably in FMCG or Wine & Spirits.Proven leadership skills, including experience managing and developing a team.Comfortable working in an international environment with cross-cultural awareness.Fluency in Swedish and English.Strong digital and Microsoft Office skills.Why Join Us?

This is a permanent position with an initial six-month probation period. Our offices are located in stunning premises by the water in Liljeholmen, Stockholm.
