What’s involved:  

Set an example of best service and support the team to deliver friendly and helpful advice to customers 

Coach the team on the right service behaviours 

Assist with inducting and training the team 

Supporting the team with pick and packing customer orders where required 

Organise deliveries and ensure customer orders are dispatched in full and on time  

Coordinate stock, loading and unloading products on delivery trucks 

 

Who we're looking for: 

 

Our ideal candidate will share a genuine passion for retail and be complimentary to the Trade Centre leadership team. You will have previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment, have open communication and a genuine interest in coaching and developing others.  

 

This role is a great opportunity for an aspiring leader to grow their leadership career in a supportive team environment. 

 

You’ll need: 

Ability to coach and support others, providing feedback and getting the best out of a team 

An ability to achieve results and standards by working with your team 

Recent experience in a customer service role ideally within a pick and pack environment  

Have an eagerness to learn about new products 

A current forklift licence is preferable, but not essential
