Job Posting TitleTrade Client Relations Director - RemoteJob DescriptionThe Trade Client Relations Director is responsible for the analysis, modeling and delivery of innovative pharmacy and medical rebate strategies and cost saving solutions to Prime's clients to ensure Prime is delivering the highest quality and lowest cost of care to its members. This position will work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to understand, measure, and present financial opportunities to Prime's clients.
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with peers, negotiators, and Prime's clients to model and track rebate and cost saving opportunities; support rebate related product development and implementationLead and coordinate work for Prime's Medicare Center of Excellence, maintaining an in depth understanding of work in progress, working closely with internal and external partners to ensure all timelines and deliverables are metDemonstrate an understanding of rebate guarantees, pharmaceutical manufacturer rebate agreements, drug trends, and requirements to optimize client savings; identify potential barriers to implement strategies and effectively collaborate to align on a path forwardComplete analysis to support formulary and medical drug management strategies and contract analysis recommendations for clientDevelop client specific models which support formulary strategy recommendations, working with partners in negotiation, specialty, clinical, and government programs to formulate aligned recommendationsPartner with internal and external stakeholders to provide client specific support for rebate savings and account reconciliation reporting; identify and realize Best in Care (Valued Based) strategies; support rebate related products and provide consultation on drug strategies to enhance client adoption and rebate valueOther duties as assignedEducation & Experience
PharmD or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy degreeCurrent pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy in the State where the position is located3 years of related work experience in Trade/Rebates, PBM healthcare or insurance-OR-Master's degree in Business, Finance or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required8 years of related work experience Trade/Rebates, PBM healthcare or insuranceMust be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Experience in financial analysisExcellent oral and written presentation skills, with demonstrated communication and financial presentation skills to all levels of managementAbility to establish rapport and build relationships at all levels within an organizationExpert negotiation and influencing skillsProven financial analysis and data analysis skills, with advanced proficiency in Access/ExcelPreferred Qualifications
