**Role Definition**
Evaluates import/export operations; ensures compliance to applicable global trade laws.
**Responsibilities**
• Handles the day-to-day operational issues associated with global trade.
• Interacts with business customers to answer questions and solve problems; advises on global trade related issues.
• Management of record-keeping requirements where applicable and prepare analysis and material for review with supervisor on various inquiries.
**Degree Requirement**
Degree or equivalent experience desired
Good in English is essential

**Level Working Knowledge** :
• In-depth knowledge of import/export documentation, and relevant procedures
• Understanding of customs regulations, import/export documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Strong knowledge and experience in the incentive, regulation and criteria for BOI , FTZ, FZ, Customs.
**Problem Solving** : Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
**Level Extensive Experience** :
• Ensures capture of lessons to be learned from a problem-solving effort.

**International Trade** : Knowledge of the markets, issues, regulations, practices and operations of international trade;

• Adheres to export and import regulations as outlined by federal and state regulatory agencies.
• Handles day-to-day operational issues associated with international trade.
• Assesses basic economic and political risks in international trade, e.g. exchange rate risk.
**Analytical Thinking** : Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
