Summary:  The Trade Compliance & International Logistics Analyst will ensure Regulatory Compliance with US Customs and Border Protection (19CFR) and the Department of Commerce (15CFR) for Acushnet Company brands. Responsible for working as part of the Trade Compliance team ensuring compliance with import, export and FTZ regulations companywide. Applying knowledge of U.S. imports, exports, and international regulatory requirements to accurately perform operational tasks. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to, DC Operations, Import Compliance, International Customer Service, Finance, and Acushnet Canada operations to ensure trade compliance requirements are being followed. Continually improve processes to improve efficiencies while maintaining Acushnet Company’s main core values.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and file CF7512 In-bonds and export documentation for FTZ and non-FTZ inventory destined to Canada. Coordinate shipments with Acushnet Canada and dedicated carrier. Assist FTZ Administrator with various regulatory reports, such as preparation of CF6043 Permit to Transfers, Daily ACH Statement, commercial invoices, international transportation documents, and file preparation for FTZ admissions and US Customs entries. Assist with monthly FTZ audits and maintenance of SOPs. Manage and coordinate international mail room shipments ensuring timely execution of required documentation. Request and track routed exports and obtain proof of exports to meet recordkeeping requirements. Assist export teams as required. Meet with Logistics and DC Operations teams on a regular basis to review pending FTZ and non-FTZ shipments ensuring receipt of required documents and current tracking status. Communicate to Acushnet Canada Ops Team weekly updates including, remaining FTZ inventory.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of direct experience in International Logistics and US Customs Regulations. Foreign Trade Zone experience is preferred. Licensed Customs Broker is a plus, but not required. Office environment. Extensive hours at PC workstation. Ability to travel globally as required. Individual must exhibit a strong attention to detail, have an understanding of business math and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and be result oriented.  Must be a self-starter with strong organizational and analytic skills and a team player.  Working knowledge of import/export regulations, import/export documentation, and recordkeeping. U.S. Customs Law and Supply Chain Management highly desirable.  Ability to work effectively with all levels within the corporation, including outside counsel. Good interpersonal skills required.

Salary: $72,058 -$89,995
