The Data Security team is part of the Cloud Protection and Licensing (CPL) business line of DIS Global Business Unit. Ultimate goal of this team is to build the best product suite of data-centric security products and solutions that unify data discovery, protection and control in one platform. We are currently looking for a Security Expert to join our team; he/she would be responsible for overall security posture of the Data Security product suite.

Responsibilities
The Trade Compliance Analyst (Trade Compliance Manager) helps ensure that the entity’s activities comply with all export control regulations (national and international), restrictive measures (sectoral or general) and, where applicable, customs regulations.
As such, it contributes to deployment and implementation of the entity’s Trade Compliance program with the primary mission of ensuring business continuity and protecting from any risk of non-compliance. The Trade Compliance Analyst is positioned either at the BL, Domain or site level.
- Main tasks:
Within his or her scope at site level, the Trade Compliance Manager has the following main responsibilities:
• Contribute to development and deployment of the entity’s Trade Compliance program, and the transformation and change pathways required to evolve the position;
• Support, through expertise, all relevant functions by providing an analysis of the applicable constraints, by alerting where appropriate to the risks and by proposing solutions that comply with the regulations in force.
• Support business priorities by assessing all requirements for classification of supplies and technologies used (both internal and external), license applications needed for import and export, and by screening the stakeholders involved;
• Analyze the regulatory constraints and risks on each transaction involving the business or its staff, share as necessary with the entity’s Legal Director and the BL’s Trade Compliance Manager to support the strategy to be put in place, and independently address the targeted constraints while protecting the BL and its staff;
• Contribute, under the responsibility of the entity’s Legal Director or the BL’s Trade Compliance Manager, to relations with competent authorities and stakeholders. In particular, to be the interface with national and international supervisory authorities for matters involving his or her scope, where appropriate in agreement with the entity’s Director of Legal or the BL’s Trade Compliance Officer;
• Ensure traceability of operations carried out in accordance with the regulations in force (signing contracts, taking orders, exports, transfers, etc.) and consolidate within his or her scope the reports intended for the authorities;
• Identify, plan and conduct the necessary training and awareness activities on his or her own;
• Exercise a duty to inform by notifying the entity’s Legal Director or the BL’s Trade Compliance
Manager of any suspected or proven non-compliance;
• Provide the necessary data and participate in internal and external Trade Compliance audits within
its scope.
Working Relationships:
• External contacts: competent authorities and trading partners, in coordination and transparency of
its hierarchy.
• Internal contacts: hierarchy, representatives of Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Offers and Projects,
Procurement, Industry and Services, Contract Management, Finance, Human Resources, Security, Logistics,
Customs and Information Systems.
Skills & Qualifications
o Graduate/Master / MBA / Law / Engineer / Trade;
o 3-5 years of experience in Trade Compliance;
o Good command of key export control regulations and economic sanctions and restrictive measures;
o Demonstrated experience in filing license applications;
o Good command of Trade Compliance IT solutions (e.g. ERP, screening);
o Proficiency in English (working language).
o Rigor, autonomy, responsiveness, sense of initiative;
o Team spirit, good interpersonal and communication skills;
o Ability to manage stress;
o Research and synthesis skill;
o Organizational and methodological skills.
