Trade Compliance Operations, purchasing and logistics specialist

**Job Description:**
This position is responsible for supporting the day to day purchasing, logistics and Trade Compliance operations requirements. Providing end to end service for international trade needs which includes document preparation, email distribution, communication with agents, broker, carriers and vendors and internal stake holders, issues PO based on business needs. Meet Trade Compliance and Purchasing department KPI’s, delivery follow-up, handling of broker/ supplier's invoices, daily management of special customs procedures and purchasing orders, reducing duty & tax impact of routine imports.
**Job Requirements:**
**Critical Knowledge and Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred with related experience in International Logistics.
+ General familiarity with international shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing lists, house bill of ladings, master bill of ladings), Customs entries forms, ect.
+ Background and understanding of the Import export concepts and processes
+ Training as a customs and MITI expert- Advantage
**Skills/technical know-how:**
+ Must be able to work in a team setting
+ Interact with multiple levels and functions within the organization and business partners
+ Learn and apply all aspects of international transportation
+ Must be able to work in lean environment
**Critical Experience:**
+ At least 3 years of relevant experience in Import Export administration,
+ Experience in working in the medical device industry- advantage
+ Experience of working with ERP (Priority is advantage).
+ Experience with MITI export controls
