The Leidos National Security Sector has a career opportunity for a Trade Compliance Specialist in Columbia, MD.
Primary Responsibilities:
Candidate will work with the Leidos Export Staff to reviewing daily International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) logs and assist with activities regarding ITAR letters and extensions.This candidate will become the contract POC for ITAR related activities (main interface to Leidos Export Staff).Perform all activities involved with Quality Assurance; Provide physical audits for qualityPerform as the ITAR subject matter expertReview ITAR logs, licenses, letters and monitor teammate DoS registration expirations.Assist with assigned compliance tasks, data calls, reporting requirements, record keeping and file management, continuous improvement projects, process and procedure development, training.Maintain compliance related to document review, public release, review of international purchase orders and hardware shipments, foreign visits, and international travel requests.Perform all activities involved with Quality Assurance; Provide physical audits for quality assurance compliance to standards for program end items as described by documentation and drawings.Security Clearance requirement:
Must possess active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance to be considered for this role.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and eight (8) or more years directly related experience. In lieu of Bachelors Degree, four (4) additional years of related experience will be considered on a case by case basis.Three (3) or more years of experience in conducting quality assurance (form, content, grammar and requirement compliance) of systems and software processes, PCA, documentation, and verification audits is required.Must have extensive experience and expertise with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)Experience with Government systems and software engineering evaluation, including formal and informal audits and technical reviews, is required.At least three (3) years of direct experience supporting the intelligence community.NSSPF

Pay Range:Pay Range $80,600.00 - $145,700.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
