Job Summary:
Performs a variety of activities and serves as a subject matter expert ensuring the company supply chain fully complies with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and all other local, national and international regulatory requirements.
Principal Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day transaction reviews of customer codes in SAP-GTS against various government denial list.Ensure timely and reliable execution of orders, customers, and business partners in SAP-GTS. Conduct proper due-diligence reviews on red flags business scenario. Assist and coordinate with business to review / release daily block order in SAP-GTS in timely manner.Assist in the development and maintenance of Global Compliance procedures.Assist Trade Compliance Team with regulatory issues and inquiries.Keep track of emerging trends and regulations updates from EU/UK, US Government laws and regulations and country specific not limiting to SG, TW, HK & CN sanctioned list.Provide reports and analysis to support business demands and demonstrates compliance to trade regulations.Support Trade Compliance Management with trade compliance-related questions or special projects & training.Develop and/or delivers training programs regarding basic and specialized aspects of Sanctioned Party Screening.Identifies, investigates, and participates in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, to include various key performance metrics.Monitors shipments subject to security regulations, both domestic and international, to ensure continual adherence to recordkeeping, reporting, tolling, and expiration requirements.Review and research for new Denied Persons List (DPL) and related news from Bureau Industry Security (BIS) to provide business with timely updates.Maintains records required for exports of ITAR hardware, technical data, and defense services including management of jurisdiction determinations and internal correspondence.Performs license determinations, applies license exceptions and exemptions and files for licenses when applicable. Provide support for EUC verification & managing the record retention for EUC.Provides shipment compliance reports on high risk customer and products.Support to search Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) from supplier’s web-site / price book when needed.Coordinate / consolidate the new part number to obtain ECCN certification from supplier management team.Administrate ECCN maintenance & license determination requirement; and ensure updated records in SAP.Other duties as assigned.

Work Experience:
Preferably 2 years’ experience in import/export operations. Fresh graduates may be considered.
Education and Certification(s):
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
