The Boeing Company is seeking a Trade Control Senior Manager – Import/Export Administration to join our Global Trade Controls team in Arlington, VA.
This position will serve as a trusted advisor to the rest of the Global Trade Controls organization and partners regarding the interpretation and application of export control regulations to their statement of work.
Position Responsibilities:
Licensing and Policy Management Senior Manager Role
Manages team of export licensing reviewers and trade compliance subject matter experts
Assists Licensing, Policy, Sanctions, and Compliance Director lead the engagement with USG/trade associations on export/policy matters
Provides US export controls regulatory guidance (subject matter expert) within the company
Leads the development/management of export licensing templates, checklists, and guidance
Reviews export licenses, as needed
Supports other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience in the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
10+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
10+ years of How many years of experience writing trade control authorities/export-import licensing
10+ years of experience using professional written and verbal communication skills to achieve deliverables
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience managing or leading people or teams
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment and an eagerness to build relationships
Experience using lean and/or simplifying and improving business processes
Experience collaborating internally and externally to achieve business objectives

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $141,950 - $192,050
