Kraemer is looking for experienced Trade/Craft - Union employees to join our Upper Midwest - WI/IL/IA Region. We are currently hiring for:

Carpenters, Equipment Operators, Laborers, and Cement Masons for projects in Portage, WI and Bay City, MI Iron Workers for Lansing, IA

Duties/Responsibilities

Ensures compliance with Kraemer Safety and Quality Programs by working safely Lift, carry, and hold materials, tools, and other supplies as needed Operate, maintain and clean equipment/tools

Requirements

Previous experience working in construction (preferably highway/heavy bridge experience) Knowledge of construction safety requirements Walking on uneven ground; Exposure to cold/hot temperatures, and dusty or dirty/greasy surroundings. Keen attention to detail and situational awareness to maintain the safety of the work environment Must be punctual and reliable Ability to work well with a team and minimal supervision
