Part of the WTW, Trade Credit & Surety Limited are one of the leading Credit Insurance Brokers in Ireland. We cater for multinational global companies down to the SME business/micro business. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Credit Risk Policy Specialist in our Dublin office office.
The role involves providing operational support to the Policy Management team and managing a portfolio of clients.
The Role
Ongoing management of a portfolio of clients. Lead and deliver the end-to-end ongoing client service, adhering to standardised policies, procedures and service standards. Understand the clients’ business and their risk management needs and look for solutions to deliver those needs through the provision of ongoing service. Identify primary budget holders and decision makers within clients, establish and maintain active relationships with these people. Liaise with clients and build relationships. Draft and provide all relevant documentation e.g. renewals, alterations, etc. Respond quickly and accurately to new business introductions. Maintain a detailed knowledge of products and services offered. Ensure accurate loading of data into the internal systems within agreed time and quality standards. Manage client pricing to ensure each client meets agreed target profitability levels. Communicate effectively with clients, associates, markets and others where appropriate to maximise service delivery levels. Ensure adherence to Group policies, procedures and all regulatory requirements. Provide feedback on corrective action required to retain clients or enhance process performance.The Requirements
Previous experience working for an insurer or broker.CIP qualified or significant progress to achievement of CIP.Excellent client advocate.Driven, proactive and flexible.Capable of solving problems.Good interpersonal, organisational, analytical and communication skills.Highly accurate with good attention to detail in completion of all tasks.Passion for learning and understanding the Trade Credit Insurance industry.The Application Process
