Position Summary
Trade Development Executive working with Distributor in Tehran as a link between Nestle and Distributor driving sales, distribution and visibility

A DAY IN THE LIFE …
• Adherence to daily/weekly/monthly route visit plan
• Nescafe Hangers maintenance and refill
• Availability report of PoS stores
• Customer Drop size comparison per customer with DRTM and share result with distributor
• In store checking of PoS guidelines and planogram
• Customer complain follow up
• Distribution review per Area
• Track competition sales and marketing activities in trade (new product, pricing, packaging changes and all dynamics of trade)


What will make you successful?
• Field Sales experience in Food and Beverage business
• Merchandizing understanding and execution knowledge
• Must have good time management plus a sense of responsibility and accountability
• Must be able to establish and maintain effective relationships with groceries and Distributor Supervisors/Managers
• Standard computer skills is a must to generate reports (Excel) Plus ability to create highly visual PowerPoint documents.
