As a Trade Finance Analyst in the Trade and Working Capital Operations team, you will support and manage day-to-day operations for trade finance products. You will ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions, in accordance with International Chamber of Commerce guidelines and bank procedures. This role offers you the chance to drive efficiency, engage in new deals, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Job responsibilities:
Support and manage day-to-day operations for trade finance products Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions within agreed Service-level Agreements (SLAs) Maintain and update standard operating procedures as changes occur Drive efficiency by implementing best practices and seeking improvement opportunities Engage in new deals, attend project management calls, and drive smooth migration Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements Handle reconciliation of different accounts and entries for trade payments Manage payment messages, reconciliation, trade payments, and supply chain financing Maintain a thorough knowledge of International Chamber of Commerce rules used in trade financeRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economic, or relevant disciplines At least five years of experience in trade finance operations Knowledge of International Chamber of Commerce rules and trade finance products Experience in handling payments and supply chain financing Positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute Ability to multitask and manage multiple prioritiesPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Certification in Trade Finance (CDCS) is beneficial
