As the Sales Operation Compliance Specialist, you will oversee Trade Fund operations, which include tracking activities, verifying payments, and conducting detailed promotion ROI analysis. A strong sense of data and meticulous attention to detail are essential for success in this role, and an audit background is preferred. You will collaborate closely with sales teams to facilitate smooth and compliance execution of trade activities while ensuring adherence to operational standards. Strong teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills are critical for success in this position.
CORE RESPONSIBILITY:
Be trustworthy expert by having unbeatable knowledge of internal trade fund operation flow and standard to lead collaboration with different sales teams to ensure superior execution. Act as central point to check alignment and proof of trade activities and drive execution quality in all channels and categories. Conduct billing validation for all Debit Notes or Credit Notes from customers. Leverage ROI analysis to drive productivity in trade fund planning and facilitate right business decision. Gatekeep the Sales organization for executing “Do’s and Don’ts” correctly in daily interface with the distributor. Be the key contributor in Compliance and Governance Drumbeat of Sales function, including sample collection and verification, result summary, root cause and trend analysis, etc. Act as administrative expert to drive compliance and operation simplification for Sales function.

WHAT WE LOOKING FOR:
Proficient in computer applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.Strong command of English.Work or academic background in audit is preferred.Demonstrates strong initiative and follow-through, with effective communication skills across all levels of the organization.Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of data accuracy, capable of managing and following through on detailed tasks.Interest in learning about the FMCG industry.Positive, cheerful demeanor with the ability to work under pressure.Recent graduates with good academic records in any field are encouraged to apply.Enjoys detailed work and seeks a healthy work-life balance, with a moderate approach to career progression.Willing to work overtime very occasionally for urgent tasks with short deadlines.
