ROLE SUMMARY
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
The key objectives of this role are:
Analytical capacity of data from different sources turning into actions to follow aligned with the objectives of the company.Financial knowledge for the management of the incentive scheme for field force.What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?
Deliver SOM OTS growth.Develop programmes to ensure strategic SKUs distribution levels.Act as a link between the Field Force and HQs for IT systems.Monitoring and analysis of the objective’s fulfilment, turning them into ad-hoc actions to ensure the performance of the company.Comprehensive management of the incentive scheme of our commercial network.Plan trade activities in CRM systems ensuring good optimization of visits from our field force.Your key responsibilities will include:
Work in align Trade Intelligence strategy with all company. Cycle activities deployment with all the stakeholders in market on time.Budget control and compliance.Present in different forums activities, post implementation reviews, tactic plans.Owner for the FF incentives scheme and communication to Payroll.Monitoring monthly field force activities and incentives targets and consecution.Ensure distribution levels for all the categories especially for NPIs launches and pipeline creations.Monitoring environmental, health and safety standards to make sure the company fully meets the external and internal requirements and create best practices which further enhance the overall wellbeing of our employees.What are we looking for?
At least 3 years’ experience in a Trade-Brand Marketing team, sales force or data agency.FMCG company that has incorporated a trade channel and account management approach.User knowledge of content editing skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and also CRM: PowerBI, Sales ForceGood communication skills.Effective negotiation skillsCritical and analytical thinkingProblem solving and making things happenLeadershipTeam working and managementAnalytical capacityPressure managementProactive in decision making and proposals Strategic vision of channel and whole companyResponsible Capacity for people developmentBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marketing or similarMaster's degree will be valued positivelyLevel of English & Spanish (both oral and written) = C1What we offer you?
