As a Trade Lifecycle Analyst within the Custody Operations, you are responsible for the daily transaction processing and managing workflow for Client Instruction Capture and Settlements team. You will be involved in Trades Processing, Broker Facing and Fails Management and Trades Support. Operations teams develop and manage innovative, secure service solutions to meet clients’ needs globally. Job responsibilities:
Process trades in accordance with the established work practices and procedures in CIC TradesMonitor and manage trade capture, fails management and settlement activitiesAddress settlement discrepancies/issues and leverage escalation channels promptlyRespond to queries relating to trade status and market practice Provide inputs to Operational management and control of the daily workflow within the Custody TeamProvide inputs in terms of maximizing team capacity, allocation and resource planning Contribute to the strategic development of Custody productsRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Minimum of 4 years experience in Financial Services industry, in custody & fund services, markets.Possess understanding of Treasury v/s Agent (Off Book currency) FX’sStrong Risk and Control Awareness: Ability to effectively prioritize workloads and work to critical deadlinesExcellent customer service skills and able to handle difficult situations internally and externallyExperience in Reconciliation, Settlements, Fails Management, Trade Support, Risk and Control, and CustodyStrong ability to learn ongoing stream of new markets, products, and processesStrong risk and control awareness, including the ability to effectively prioritize workloads and work to critical deadlinesConfident communicator in all mediums with both internal and external clientsStrategic thinker, ability to review and implement process improvementsProficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookWilling to work on APAC shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 pm MNL OR 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM MNL)Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
