Position Summary

 

An Operations [Process Professional] is accountable for supporting an Operations function that consistently strives to re-envision processes to meet increasingly complex client and industry demands.  Collaboration with Technology and J.P. Morgan [Strategic Product Owners] is key to maintaining alignment with the business strategy.

 

Success in the role depends on being able to embrace an environment of continual innovation based on data interpretation, customer / stakeholder interviews and adopting latest digital technologies to delight clients and maximize profitability. 

 

Positive business impact needs to be evidenced through key performance indicators to demonstrate the value of the role to the business.
