Trade Lifecycle Associate

Job Summary: 

As a Trade Lifecycle Associate within JPMorgan Chase, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives within JPMorgan Chase & Co. You will also support the Business manager in the responsibilities assigned to their role and will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

Efficiently manage and coordinate complex executive schedules, including meetings and travel. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, drafting and editing documents. Plan and coordinate detailed travel itineraries, ensuring seamless arrangements. Track and record T&E expenses, ensuring adherence to budget policies. Organize and prepare for meetings, setting agendas and distributing materials. Assist with special projects, tracking progress and meeting deadlines. Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring an organized executive office. Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality. Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and team members
 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field . Minimum 6  years in Financial Services industry. Strong financial markets product knowledge and understanding of the transaction / trade lifecycle in Custody Subject matter expertise in Equities, Fixed Income, FX (Crest and Euroclear market) Ability to work closely with business partners and manage operational risk Understanding of the role of an executive assistant and the support to be levied  Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities

Bachelor’s degree required (business discipline preferred) Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, Vision and Outlook Express (or similar email program) Strong financial markets product knowledge and understanding of the transaction / trade lifecycle in Custody Ability to work closely with business partners and manage operational risk
