Job Summary:

As a Team Leader in the SSO Securities Services Ops Custody Middle Office, you will have the opportunity to investigate exceptions and breaks on JPM books vs Agent banks. You will collaborate with internal and external parties on asset positions and cash balance changes, and arrange for instructions to resolve exceptions. You will work with other utility teams on complete traction and reporting of breaks, maintain and certify procedures, and work with managers on strategic initiatives to support the continuous improvement pillar. You will also be an active participant in daily team huddles and review calls, bringing your ideas and suggestions to the table.

Job responsibilities 

Investigate exceptions / breaks on back of JPM books vs Agent banks  Collaborate with Internal & external parties  on asset positions and cash balance change and arrange for instructions to resolve the exception Work with other Utility teams on complete traction and reporting of breaks  Maintain and certify procedures and incorporate any changes and work with managers for review  Work with managers on strategic initiatives to support the continuous improvement pillar  Be active participant with any idea or suggestion in daily team huddle and review calls.

Good interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in MS Office application and Alteryx tools  Proficient in MIS Reporting and making story dashboard board Email drafting and problem articulating skills
