Job Summary
As a Trade Lifecycle - Operations Analyst in our US Private Bank Account Transfers Team, you will leverage your expertise in banking operations to manage asset transfers and account closures. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication will be key in supporting asset transfers, managing pre-execution risks, and coordinating with custodians. Job Responsibilities
Verify and execute trades and cash instructions. Review and action daily break and control reports. Complete cancellation and correction requests promptly. Respond to inquiries from Front Office and brokers. Follow up on failed trades with custodians. Check pre-matched and settled deals reports. Coordinate with cash management and Middle Office. Review business metrics like KPI and error logs. Ensure compliance with risk and control regulations. Monitor and chase queries for timely completion. Deliver solutions aligned with firm priorities.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Hold a graduate degree - BCom Demonstrate knowledge of asset transfers and ACATS. Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office. Possess investment banking operations experience. Communicate effectively with stakeholders. Analyze and prioritize tasks under pressure. Collaborate effectively within a team.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Hold a postgraduate degree (MBA in Finance desired). Demonstrate private banking operations experience. Adapt to and manage change effectively. Build relationships with diverse groups.
